The definition of control is a regulatory process of establishing standards to achieve organizational goals, comparing actual performance against the standards and taking corrective action when necessary to restore performance to these standards. It needs a progress to explain it. Basic on control something, it need a progress to achieve the goals.

Control progress can be divided to some parts include set standards, measure performance, compare with standards, identify deviations, analysis deviations and develop and implement program for corrective action. Each step need managers and employees work together. It begins when the manager set a standard.

A good standard is that it must be enable for the company. If the standard can not be achieved, you may have to changed. For example ,the standard of Google company is searching things. They will provide best user experience in search browser as soon as possible. If Google want to achieve the standards, they know what they do well and how they could do it better. Engineer need design how many answers in searching page and which things may the user want to. For internet browser, time is valuable for everyone. They use less time to seek answer foe user. Therefore, they will increase the efficiency of their serving environment. Each page has a lots of space to put all of the information which user will be used, even some useful designed advertisement.

The next step for the control progress is to compare with actual performance to the set standards. Maybe there are some little deviations between the standards to actual performance. It needs managers and employees to work together. They will identity the problems and solve it. As a result, they contribute a better system for the company. Therefore, compare with standards of Google company, they have lots of things to do even they have largest groups focused on search problems. Because they have insistent faith, therefore they have been able to solve complex issues and provide continuous improvement to user. They are improving search help people access information in new frontier.

At the end of progress, it need manager to develop action to achieve goals. The control progress is a continuous process It need managers repeat again and again for measure performance, compare with standards, identify deviations, analysis deviations and develop and implement program for corrective action. For Google Company, there are too many information in everyday ‘s life. Employees continue looking into ways to bring all the world’s information to people search answer for their question. Between standards and performances, they will have some deviations. It need manager and employee to analysis and improve it.
